Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Any made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
On hand and ready to ship items are eligible for return within 14 business days of receipt. A refund will be processed with a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10 days of receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with the 20% restocking fee deducted.
Exclusions
Any altered, resized, or personally engraved ready to ship items are not eligible for return or refund and will be considered final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement immediately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Refund Timeframe
Please allow up to 10 days for the processing of returns and 14 days for issuance of refunds.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the regular return policy applies.
